The Operation PUSH (People United to Save Humanity) rally was held at the Arkansas State Capitol in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Dr. Dee Bennett holds the microphone. A large crowd, mainly African Americans, is behind her. Dr. Mildred Delores (Dee) Bennett had a doctorate in psychology and was a counselor with the Pulaski County School District. She was also state director of People United to Serve Humanity.
